Good morning Poplar Run Penguins,

Tonight we have our Annual Little Blues Lollipop Meet, starting with Warm-Ups at 5pm.

For those Little Blues participating in this meet, here are a few reminders:

• Meet at the Lap Pool at 5pm for Warm-Ups.
• Be in your swimming suit with googles, your swim cap, and a water bottle.
• We will be having a kickboard race, freestyle race down the length of the lap pool, and backstroke race down the length of the lap pool. We will encourage all our Little Blues to participate in the events that they are comfortable and confident in. Please note that we will have some of our older Penguins in the water to assist our Little Blues if needed. Safety first!

For our older Penguins, please meet at the Lap Pool at 5pm. We will need as many of our older Penguins as can come to this fun meet to serve as Timers, Clerk of Course, in-water Assistants, and cheering on our Little Blues.

Parents, please help us by getting your Penguin to the Lap Pool by 5pm. This is a fun meet that bring our team together, cheering on our littlest Penguins, and giving our older Penguins a chance to demonstrate leadership and responsibility.
